I am an independent business owner and entrepreneur. I prefer to do business with small locally owned and operated businesses. Occasionally I am surprised and impressed at the service I receive. Today I was blown away! It's Monday October 21st and the day has been blustery and chilly with predictions of colder temperatures tomorrow with rain in the evening turning to snow. At 3:30pm I discovered that the reason I was chilled was that my furnace had stopped performing. I called my regular service provider and they informed me that the earliest they could schedule a service call was Friday, today is Monday. I hung up the phone and searched Google for furnace repair near me. Best For Less Heating and Cooling was mere minutes from my home. I called and a very professional, responsive gentleman answered. Leon Gonzales listened to my plight and graciously scheduled me as his last service call of the day, he had intended to be complete for the day when he finished the job he was currently on. Leon called to let me know he was in his way and arrived at my home at 5pm. I was immediately impressed by his appearance which was not indicative of a service repair man. He was pressed, polished, well groomed and well mannered. He was also mature, kind, nonjudgmental and efficient. When he completed his assessment of the issue it was 5:20pm and his parts supplier was closed. Leon took it upon himself to contact a friend in the same industry, secured the needed part, called me and returned to my home to complete the repair at 6:30pm. The fact that my total bill was $285.00 is even more reason for me to write a stellar review of his exceptional service. I am grateful and am now a loyal customer and fan.
